当社を装った「偽サイト」の存在が確認されております。

「偽サイト」のドメインには「suijobus.net」「http://www.suijobus.net」と表示されますが、当該サイトは当社とは一切の関係はございません。

「水上バス」「tokyocruise」「tokyo cruise」のワードでGoogle検索した際に、広告として検索結果の上位に表示されており、当社運航便の予約ページを模した「偽サイト」のため、誤って予約してしまう可能性があります。

お客様がこのような「偽サイト」を利用された場合、お客様の個人情報を不正に詐取され、クレジットカードが不正利用されるなどの被害に遭う可能性が考えられます。

「偽サイト」へのアクセスやご予約、個人情報の入力などされないようご注意願います。

なお、「偽サイト」は、画面だけでは判断できませんので、ウェブサイトを利用する際には、ブラウザのアドレス欄を必ずご確認いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

Please be careful not to access or enter your personal information on these phishing websites, as they may contain information about cruise that do not exist or information that is not true, and may also misuse your personal information, infect you with viruses, or cause fraud. If you become a victim, please contact the nearest police station or consumer affairs center.

Websites confirmed by our company to be unrelated to our company and fake reservation sites are as follows;

If you enter “tokyocruise” or “water bus” in a google search, you will see “advertisement” or “water bus” at the top of the search results.

The websites with .net at the end of the address, suijobus.net or http://www.suijobus.net are phishing  sites which  appear as “advertisements” or “sponsors” on the top row of search results when you enter “tokyocruise” or “water bus” in a google search.
