  • Do you offer cruises throughout the year?

    Yes, we do operate throughout the year, even on public holidays.

  • How can I get the tickets I book online?

    The confirmation e-mail including a reservation number will be sent to you within 24 hours after you have completed the reservation. Please print out the mail, or show us the reservation number at the ticket counter to pick up the tickets.

  • Are your vessels wheelchair accessible?

    Yes, all of our vessels are wheelchair accessible.

  • Can I bring luggage onboard?

    Yes, one luggage of total dimensions of 2 meters per person is allowed.

  • Is there any dates that HIMIKO & HOTALUNA doesn't operate?

    There are regular maintenance check days when both vessels does not operate.

    HIMIKO
    Every second Tuesday/Wednesday of the month (excluding August) Three weeks in February.
    HOTALUNA
    Every third Wednesday/Thursday  of the month (excluding Augut) Three weeks in March.
  • Can I buy tickets on the day?

    Yes, we do sell tickets on the day on first come first serve basis, however, we do suggest guests to reserve the Asakusa- Odaiba route with HIMIKO & HOTALUNA.
